1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our luxury fragrances and the charitable donations tied to each purchase, we do not accept returns on any orders. All sales are final. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product details before making a purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While we ensure that each item is inspected for quality before shipment, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If your product arrives damaged or defective:

3. Order Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our fragrances and the causes they support, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we are unable to cancel the order as production and donation processes will have already begun.
